Kanchana was prompt in his replies whenever I had queries. Driver/guide Manjul was terrific. He was attentive and always willing to help. When we didn’t have enough LKR to pay, he offered to help us pay first. When we went to Horton Plains, he also did the 2-3hr walk with us even though he forgot his jacket and was freezing at the start of the hike. Ensured our safety and made sure we didn’t get lost.
