Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Camlo Lanka Tours.
A deposit of 40% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment is required 10 prior to the departure date. For bookings made within 07 of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Terms
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, etc.
Any additional fees related to payment processing are the responsibility of the customer.

Changes to Bookings
Customers may request changes to their booking by contacting us in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and any applicable charges.
Amendments requested less than 07 prior to departure may not be accommodated.

Date Changes by the Customer
Requests to change the travel dates must be submitted in writing at least 15 before the original departure date.
The following conditions apply to date changes:

Changes made 15 before the departure date may incur an administrative fee of US$ 1,000 or 25%.

Changes made within 07 of the departure date may not be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation.
Any difference in pricing due to changes in travel dates will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds or credits are not provided for downgrades to lower-cost dates or services.
Some components, such as non-refundable tickets or permits, may not be transferable to new dates.

Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Camlo Lanka Tours.
The following cancellation fees apply:

Less than [Number of days] before the departure date: No refund.
Refunds will be processed within [Number of days, e.g., 30 days] after the cancellation request is received and approved.

Cancellations or Modifications by Us
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify a booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by us, customers will be offered:

A full refund of the amount paid, OR
-
An alternative arrangement of equal or greater value.
We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred as a result of changes or cancellations, including but not limited to visa fees, travel insurance, or other travel arrangements.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Non-refundable components, such as entrance fees, permits, and specific services, will not be refunded.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and other potential risks.

Special Requirements
Customers are responsible for informing us of any special requirements (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility) at the time of booking.
While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Liability and Responsibility
Camlo Lanka Travels acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (e.g., hotels, transport).
We are not liable for any acts or omissions by third-party service providers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) are valid and up-to-date.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
